Multi Trade Operative Role in Ellesmere Port and Surrounding Areas Location: Ellesmere Port Rate: £20.00 p/h CIS Contract Type: Temp to Perm Hours: 40 hours per week I am working with a client who has an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join their team based in Ellesmere Port and you will be working around Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas. Please note, you may be required to work further afield as the contract demands, with all travel times considered as part of working hours. Company van and fuel card is provided Responsibilities: Undertaking full house re-plastering and diagnosing plaster patching in small areas Identifying and rectifying plaster defects, ensuring all necessary pre and post preparation of works are carried out Liaising with customers when arranging and carrying out work, having full regard to their needs and working from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, diagrams, sketches and calculations using measuring equipment Plastering and tiling for bathroom & wetroom replacements experience Ability to carry out multi skilled trades, and core Joinery/TilingWhat You Will Need: Must have a NVQ L2/L3 qualification Experience working as a Multi Trade Plasterer and in the installation of wet rooms & disabled adaptations. Experience working within a social housing environment Valid UK driving licence Must hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and own tools.
