The post holder will be responsible for significant aspects of the capital delivery of the estates project, including producing key project documents associated with business change processes.
Additionally, the post holder will develop and communicate trust requirements and expectations, working alongside stakeholders to ensure that any new space is suitable for the proposed service provision and supporting any required moves.
The post holder will communicate and engage with key stakeholders to produce the design brief that describes service needs.

Main Duties of the Job
1. Lead the implementation of capital projects and estates utilization, including the analysis of change processes and training required to maximize project benefits.

3. Resolve problems during capital projects, estates utilization, and move management projects, reporting unresolved issues to the relevant project board.
