We are recruiting for a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. You will be responsible, together with the wider team, for providing care, interventions and health promotion to people with severe mental health problems in the community. Main duties of the job The post holder will also undertake a supervisory role in respect to multi-disciplinary junior team members and work alongside the Team Leader on clinical issues such as therapeutic approaches and care co-ordination The post holder will also be expected to work as an autonomous practitioner, as well as taking all opportunities to become actively involved in training and teaching programmes, both within the Trust and the wider community.
