Job Description
3. Oversee the company's recruitment process from start to finish
4. Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms
5. Screen, shortlist, and interview potential candidates
6. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
7. Maintain a database of potential future candidates
8. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
9. Work closely with department managers to clarify recruitment needs and requirements
10. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
The Successful Applicant
A successful Internal Recruitment Resourcer should have:
11. A degree in Human Resources, or experience in internal/agency recruitment
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for recruiting
14. Strong decision-making skills
15. Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
16. Knowledge of labour legislation
17. An ability to conduct different types of interviews
