We need a senior marketing manager to take our organic and offline marketing to the next level. This role is all about building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and fostering long-term loyalty, without relying on paid ads.

What Will You Be Doing?
* Develop and execute organic and offline marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
* Identify and build partnerships with brands, influencers, and media to amplify Olivia’s presence.
* Lead PR efforts, crafting press releases and securing high-profile media coverage.
* Work with designers to produce high-quality marketing materials that align with our luxury brand identity.
* Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic decisions.
* Develop initiatives to build customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
* Oversee the offline marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise impact.
What You’ll Bring To The Party
* At least five years of marketing experience, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
* A proven track record in building brands and driving organic growth.
* Strong brand management skills and an understanding of high-end customer expectations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
* A creative mindset with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
* Confidence in using marketing tools and analytics to measure success.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
