Key Responsibilities:
* Classroom Support: Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
* Behaviour Management: Work with students who exhibit challenging behaviour, helping to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
* SEN & SEMH Support: Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This may include assisting with personal care, communication, and social skills.
* Learning Environment: Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring that all students feel supported and valued.
* Resource Preparation: Assist in the preparation of learning materials and resources to support lesson plans.
* Monitoring Progress: Observe and record students' progress, providing feedback to the teacher and contributing to reports and assessments.

Requirements:
* Qualifications: Must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt is key.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work in both KS1 and KS2 settings and with students exhibiting challenging behaviour, SEN, or SEMH needs.
* Availability: Able to work full-time or on a supply basis, with flexibility to adapt to the needs of the school.
* Attributes: Patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting the educational and emotional development of students.
* Must: hold a current DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
