We are excited to announce an opportunity within our Sales and Marketing team for a Sales Administrator. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to develop their skills and experience to provide a high-quality administration function within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To administer the HETA adult training programmes; arranging dates, venues and quotations. Taking bookings, taking payments and dealing with enquiries from training delegates, sending out training packs and joining instructions and ensuring arrangements for refreshments and any other requirements are dealt with prior, during and after the training has been delivered, and always adhering to the company quality procedures.
2. Process inbound sales enquiries to include updating company systems, reserving places through the website, and taking payment.
3. Register and certificate learners attending adult upskilling courses including compliance with Regulatory Awarding Organisation requirements.
4. Update and distribute the upskilling course calendar and update the company website accordingly. Working with external agencies and associate trainers as requested.
5. Produce course material in a timely manner and to the standard required.
6. Coordinate external print runs of course material and ensure stock levels are maintained.
7. To effectively use a variety of software programmes to produce a range of documents and maintaining detailed and accurate records.
8. Complete projects by organising and co-ordinating information and requirements. Planning, arranging and meeting schedules and monitoring results, including course occupancy.
9. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers, learners, companies and the general public. Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customer/ suppliers/ visitors/ enquirers and staff and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone, or in person and to verbal and written instructions.
10. Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management that are applicable to the role. Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions, according to administrative policies and procedures, i.e. customer complaints or course enquiries.
11. Arrange and participate in meetings, team events, staff meetings, and open days/events. This includes the taking of minutes when requested by management.
12. Arrange and organise (or assist with) events to promote HETA, HETA apprentices and HETA achievements, to include effective communication with all the stakeholders of the event ensuring all the relevant information is passed on and understood.
13. Evaluate customer feedback and present findings to the Sales Manager.

Location and Travel
The position would be based at our Hull centre however a driving licence with access to own transport is required as travelling between centres is a requirement.
