We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and enthusiastic Client Account Manager to join us, working across both client account management and comms planning.
The Client Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between the team and client, understanding client business objectives and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions ensuring client needs are met effectively and efficiently, whilst fostering long-term relationships. The role will be fast paced and agile, and you will be instrumental in the functioning of the team.
Effective communication and integration with the wider client and specialist teams will be fundamental to ensure efficient campaign delivery against objectives, as well as following up with smooth implementation and effective reporting.
You will support the day-to-day running of the account and will be surrounded by a full team consisting of a Business Director, Account Director and Account Executive, reporting into the AD leading across Waitrose and Battersea Dogs & Cats Home.
About You
* This role requires an enthusiastic, proactive, self-starter who is passionate about media and advertising.
* Someone who is eager to learn and implement changes within their working style based on client needs.
* A keen eye for efficiency and managing timings to ensure campaigns go live on time.
* Process driven with a creative flair to create and implement processes where needed whilst remaining collaborative with teams to find the best working style to suit all.
* Have an inquisitive mind and ability to digest data to learn how to provide insights across competitive and audience data.
* Strong attention to detail and a conscientious worker.
* Ideally have experience working collaboratively within a team.
* A passion for brands, the ability to deliver great work, fantastic interpersonal skills, curious and passionate about the UK media marketplace.
* Be able to manage own and team time to co-ordinate the timely delivery of campaign responses and day-to-day management of client requests.
