The ideal candidate will be able to establish a warm, caring and supportive relationship with a young boy who you will be working with 1:1 in order to support him feeling safe and enabling him to enjoy and learn during his time at the school.
Be approachable and have the needed attributes to engage with young children.
You will have a drive to promote and encourage independence and personal development.
