* Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Knowledge of BS EN 40 or Experience in the Lighting Industry: Not essential, but this will be considered an advantage.
* Experience in an Engineering/Fabrication Environment: Previous hands-on experience in a similar setting is crucial.
* Understanding Engineering Drawings: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
* Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure precision in all tasks.
* Personable, Presentable, and Articulate: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
* Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable using various computer systems and software.
* Strong Administration, Organization, and Communication Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining clear communication.
* Educational Qualifications: A degree or HNC/HND in an engineering discipline is essential.
* CAD Drawing/3D Modelling: Experience with CAD or 3D modeling is advantageous but not essential.
