Role Description:
We are looking for a Document Controller to join GagaMuller. Responsibilities:
* Configuration and maintenance of CDE Documents for the document management process
* Configuration and maintenance of SharePoint
* Configuration and maintenance of selected digital platform for the commissioning process
* Chairing information initiation workshops with all vendors
* Ensure all project stakeholders have a thorough understanding of the information lifecycle and review processes
* Generate the training documents and strategy for the project teams on the utilisation of CDE platform
* Generate the training documents and strategy for the project teams on the utilisation of commissioning management platforms
* Configuration of the Construction Submittal Register (CSR) process
* Training of project teams in the use of the Construction Submittal Register (CSR) process.
* Chair weekly information management meetings during critical stages of the document submission process
* Oversee the day-to-day management of digital information management
* Ensure Naming Standards are implemented and adhered to by all Project Stakeholders
A high level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information is crucial to this role. Strong time management and communication skills are essential to carry out the role as well as efficient organisational skills with the ability to administer tasks over multiple priorities. The ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations and comfortable working under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
* Strong project management skills and experience in managing multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite of software tools.
* Knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality.
* Familiarity with document approval processes and automated dashboarding tools.
* Working experience of implementing ISO 19650 standards
* Ability to adapt to diverse situations, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment.
