The Workflow Administrator will form a key part of this team. As well as managing the daily workflow process, they will work closely with the Service Manager and Head of Service to develop and evolve the service and to ensure that high levels of quality and efficiency are maintained as the service grows. The role will be predominantly remote, with occasional office-based team days, at least once per month. The role will begin as a zero hour contract, potentially moving to a fixed-term contract for the right individual.
