Purpose of the role The primary objective of this role is to deliver proficient administrative support to both Distribution Resource Manager and Distribution manager. This entails ensuring that administrative support operates effectively and efficiently, streamlining processes, and optimizing resource utilization. By diligently fulfilling these tasks, the individual in this role plays a pivotal part in the smooth functioning of the organization and the accomplishment of its objectives. Key accountabilities Ensure that the necessary support tasks are conducted in a timely and effective manner. Creation and submitting of Franchised contract documentation. Manual checks of Franchisee Operating licenses. Supplying of permission to park letters. Submitting general Haulier notifications via email. Maintaining accurate vehicle information within SAP. Creating / amending of induction records for both internal units and customers. Support hauliers during the franchisee application process. Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion as is required by the position. Ensure that the necessary administrative support tasks are completed, which includes H&S documentation. FORS certification compliance. Support on Intelex safety documents. M P Connect card support for franchised hauliers. Haulier account records maintained. Fleet master lists kept up to date.
