An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Capability, HSE and Wellbeing Manager to join the business at this exciting time.
You will support the development of the IT skills capability plan and support working with external bodies to help influence and shape IT professional standards across the industry. Coordinate, manage and govern Group IT early talent development programmes including: apprenticeships, graduate opportunities, internships and sandwich placements and other careers initiatives required to support the development of our future talent pipeline.
Act as a subject matter expert in relation to early careers initiatives for Digital and IT, promoting alternative resourcing models to managers across the organisation. Ensuring as a function we are compliant to central standards and policies and act as a subject matter expert for HSE.

What you will be doing:
In this role you will get the opportunity to:
* Support the development of Digital & IT skills capability plan
* Support working with the external bodies to help influence and shape Digital & IT professional standards across the industry
* Coordinate, manage and govern Digital & IT early talent development programmes including: apprenticeships, graduate opportunities, internships and sandwich placements and other careers initiatives required to support the development of our future talent pipeline
* Act as a subject matter expert in relation to early careers initiatives for Digital & IT, promoting alternative resourcing models to managers across the organisation as a means to sourcing required skills and talent
* Govern and manage HSE and wellbeing for Digital & IT, ensuring as a function we are compliant to central standards and policies
* Act as a subject matter expert for HSE and wellbeing for Digital & IT, building a community of volunteers to support
* Continually liaise with HSE, Wellbeing and People Partners to drive adoption and compliance across Digital & IT, and be the single point of contact back into these teams as needed
* Support employee engagement initiatives
