About the Role
The Head of People Operations is accountable for global People Operations, covering a broad range of generalist people and culture topic areas including people query resolution, core people policies and processes, global mobility, and people systems, data and tech.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a long-term strategy for People Operations, ensuring processes scale effectively as the organisation grows.
* Lead, coach, and develop a global team, fostering high performance and professional growth across the function.
* Manage and prioritise the team’s portfolio of projects, acting as the final decision-maker on key issues.
* Use data-driven insights to measure and improve the effectiveness of People Operations, driving continuous improvement.
* Oversee and deliver large-scale, cross-functional programs that align with organisational priorities.
* Build strong partnerships with senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on people and culture topics.
* Own and manage the organisation’s people operations data, ensuring accuracy and driving insights.
* Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to align priorities and create opportunities for further progress.
About You
* Extensive experience leading global People Operations teams, with a proven track record of building scalable processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* A strategic thinker with the ability to balance big-picture planning with hands-on operational leadership.
* Skilled in building relationships with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational priorities.
* Strong leadership capabilities, including mentoring, coaching, and managing senior professionals and managers.
* Comfortable working in fast-changing environments, with the ability to manage ambiguity and complexity effectively.
* Data-driven, with a strong ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decisions and strategies.
* Broad HR knowledge is advantageous, as is experience in managing operations across multiple geographies.
Additional advantages:
* Familiarity with people operations practices in regions such as France, Switzerland, Israel, Canada, and India.
* Experience working with external vendors and optimising people processes to meet organisational needs.
