We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our ambitious Academy team as a L&D Systems & Data Analytics Consultant, where you’ll play a vital role in helping us grow our talent!
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We’re on the lookout for someone to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract and be responsible for providing Learning and Development management information, BI reports, data analytics, and quality insights. You’ll develop, own, maintain, and quality assure our L&D system data sets, including catalogues, learner journeys, records, and competency evaluations. You’ll manage the Academy’s plan, budget and spend, whilst also guiding and advising customers and stakeholders on L&D data analytics to drive continuous improvement in our service delivery.
You will support Learning Technology projects, including SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Jam, whilst playing an active role in the ST Academy learning community, contributing to its growth and success.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
We're looking for someone who has experience analysing and utilising complex, high-volume data to provide valuable insights. You'll be great at creating user-friendly and engaging performance metrics and dashboards with various tools.
You’ll need strong communication skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional learner experience, as the role involves engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Working well under pressure, you’ll remain patient, calm, and self-controlled, with the independence to manage your time and tasks effectively.
