Deichmann has an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as a Trainee Store Manager, supporting our Belfast store.
Working as a Trainee Store Manager for Deichmann, you will be offered a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum. This is a full-time, permanent position, and you must be fully flexible to work across the week. You may also be required to train in and support other stores.

You will have previous experience working within a fast-paced retail setting, at a supervisory level or above. You should be able to problem-solve, plan and coordinate resources, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you should be adaptable to work within different store environments with diverse teams and various challenges.
Key Activities:
1. Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
2. Lead by example in promoting and recommending complimentary shoe care products, demonstrating confidence with selling and excellent product knowledge, ensuring the very best level of customer service.
3. Resource and draft rotas, working within budget.
4. Manage stock.
5. Analyze and interpret sales performance data and reports.
6. Make recommendations for ways to improve sales performance based on analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and identification of customer insights.
7. Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, i.e., merchandising, admin.
8. Support the delivery of KPIs, meeting all company standards.
9. Assist in recruitment and training of the team.
