Key Responsibilities
1. Use a combination of 3D point cloud information and 2D drawings to create as built 3D models using Autodesk Revit.
2. Liaise and collaboratively work with other Revit technicians and site surveyors.
3. Create custom families and components to accurately reflect the as built architectural details.
4. Input model elements with required graphical detail.
5. Create as installed mechanical and electrical models using native and custom Revit components.
6. Liaise with clients to ensure that the required brief is being met.
Qualifications/Person Specification
1. 1+ years active project experience with Autodesk Revit, ideally in producing as-built models.
2. Experience with AutoCAD 2D.
3. Experience with domestic and commercial building projects.
4. Be familiar with the use and registration of 3D point clouds captured with terrestrial laser scanners.
