As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in the financial management and decision-making processes of the business.
You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and budgeting activities to support the strategic objectives of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Manage and optimise financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis to support effective decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and oversee risk management and internal controls.
* Develop and maintain financial models and performance metrics to monitor and improve business performance.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with department managers to develop and monitor budgets.
* Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide financial expertise and support decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
* Qualified ACCA/CIMA
* Excellent communication skills, experience of working closely with senior stakeholders
