EMEA Benefits Specialist London (Hybrid) Overview Our client is seeking a dedicated EMEA Benefits Specialist to lead and enhance their benefits offerings across the region. In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with the Head of International Benefits to ensure their employees are supported with competitive and well-governed benefits programs. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse and impactful role in a high-performing organization. Key Responsibilities You will: Lead and manage pension, benefits, and wellness programs across EMEA regions. Oversee vendor performance to ensure compliance and the delivery of high-quality services. Create and maintain an annual schedule for renewals, benchmarking, and contract negotiations. Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, providing clear and professional resolutions. Analyse benefit utilization and cost data, offering insights to improve programs and drive efficiencies. Collaborate closely with HR Operations and Payroll teams to streamline benefits administration. Design and implement strategies to enhance benefits communication and foster employee engagement. Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal company policies. Experience You will ideally have some of the following experience: Progressive experience in benefits management. Deep knowledge of EMEA benefits programs, particularly in the UK, Switzerland, Ireland, Israel, UAE, and France. Experience in Asia is a plus. Proven ability to design and implement innovative benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday experience preferred). Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated experience in vendor management and matrixed environments. High degree of confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail.
