Location: Birmingham – Full Time in the Office
This is a Part Time role working 16 hours a week split over 3 days!
One of these working days must be a Wednesday!
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to present a fantastic new role for a Part Time Personal Assistant. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to work for a fantastic individual who owns their own Practice within the Healthcare sector!
Candidate Responsibilities:
* Diary management.
* Contacting external individuals to ensure correspondence has been sent/received.
* Following up on calls and emails.
* Preparing information relating to the business – Bookkeeping, Invoice Management, HR documents and general Administration.
* Organising private appointments and ensuring the owner's private and work diary match.
* Managing all of the client's household bills, ensuring the client's car services are up to date etc.
* Time blocking and calendar management.
* Filing and tagging documents and emails using a traffic light system.
Candidate Criteria:
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is necessary.
* Someone who can use their own initiative and get work done without being prompted.
* A good attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately is key.
* Must have excellent communication skills as communication with internal and external individuals is a key part of the role.
* The ability to work well under pressure.
* A high achiever who is willing to get stuck in with work and make a difference.
