Role Summary EQ Customer Resolutions has 25 years' experience of providing contingent resource to regulated industries, including banks, lending, pension, insurance, and utility providers. We have supported our clients with every major complaint populations, covering pensions review, endowments, banking, Payment Protection Insurance (PPI), and car finance. Our projects range from one or two complaint handlers for a few weeks, through to hundreds of experts needed for major complaint management projects. In addition to complaint expertise, we have also supported many organisations with remediation requirements, consulting, technology, and data analytics. Working alongside our team of experienced resourcing consultants you will learn how to become a successful consultant and will play a crucial role in the success of EQ Customer Resolutions. You will help us find resource to join our clients' projects by reviewing applicants, creating a shortlist and carry out interviews with them to see if they will be a suitable fit. You will focus on finding entry level resource, including call centre workers and administrators, but will also work on finding more experienced resource including complaint handlers and quality checkers. You will be comfortable on the phone and communicating over email, LinkedIn and using job boards and word of mouth to find resource, often at short notice to support our clients. An ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines is essential. Core Duties/Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Identifying suitable entry level candidates for our clients. Sourcing candidates through researching internal databases, word of mouth, LinkedIn, job boards and other sources as appropriate. Conducting telephone and Teams interviews with candidates and face to face as required. Providing concise clear feedback to candidates. Creating a talent pool of candidates for future projects. Providing support to the team in other day to day tasks Hitting the SLA targets regarding the quality of their work. Skills, Capabilities and Attributes The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours: Confident on the phone. Ability to multi-task Accuracy. Be able to spot errors and supply feedback in a professional manner which enables a contingent workers understand why they may not have been successful for a role. Willingness to adapt and learn in the role as processes develop over time. Basic knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office software, with a willingness and ability to develop.
