We offer security, networking, Wi-Fi, and support. Redway's goal has always been to impress and raise the level of experience our clients receive. We describe Redway as being an inch wide in offering and a mile deep in knowledge. Our business has grown in recent years, so we are looking to expand our team and are looking for an office administrator to join us. Job Description & Responsibilities The applicant should report directly to the sales director. They should be well-organised, pay close attention to detail, and have excellent grammar, communication, and administrative skills. Good phone and email communication with our clients is essential. · Support the sales director and finance coordinator with administrative tasks. · Register new projects with our manufacturers. · Provide clients with quotations in a timely manner · Loading orders and placing them with our suppliers. · Keeping clients updated on delivery ETAs. · Liaising with our suppliers to keep on top of backorders. · Transferring projects from sales to our operations and projects team. · Managing our in-house client renewals for licenses. · General office organisation, phone answering, keeping a well-organised office, booking cleaners and other services when required, ordering office supplies.
