You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and projects within the business and be responsible for handling various tasks from customer communication to collating data for payroll preparation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a problem-solver, IT literate and comfortable working independently. The role is based in our office near Farnham, this is a part-time role, suiting someone that is looking for some flexibility with working hours (10-15 per week) – possible Tuesday – Thursday 9am – 1pm.Key Responsibilities: Maintaining office files; digitally & physicallyPreparing documents, contracts, proposals, and presentations as requiredDownloading bills from suppliers for our accounts.Assisting with ad hoc marketing efforts, including social media and mailingsMonthly collation of timesheet data for Director to submit payrollAdministering staff membership of healthcare schemeSupporting the Director in responding to phone calls, emails and letters from current and prospective clients and suppliers in a prompt and professional mannerAssisting with client invoicing, including preparation and issue of some invoicesFollowing up on outstanding invoicesProviding ad hoc project support including data entry, reporting and record keepingOverseeing the company website, ensuring it is kept up to date.Monitoring office supplies and ensuring office equipment is properly maintainedKeeping the office environment clean, organised and functioning smoothlyPreferred Skills & Experience Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally in a service-based industry like landscaping, construction, or similarStrong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasksExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA proactive attitude, with a strong ability to problem-solve and work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Familiarity with CRM / scheduling systems would be advantageousWhy Work with Us: Competitive salary £25,000 - £30,000 pro rata20 days holiday, plus bank holidays & a birthday holiday day pro ratedFlexible working opportunitiesOpportunity to work within a dynamic and expanding companyMembership to a Health Insurance SchemeContributory pension schemeREF-(Apply online only)
