The Role As a Finance Reconciliation SME you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This role involves business analysis and requirements elicitation. You will work on gap and impact analysis, business process modelling and agile ways of working. The SME will work closely and collaborate with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities: • Analyse the recs in current platform (Accurate NXG) and design recs migration to target platform (AutoRek) including creation of 'As-Is' (current state) and 'To-Be' Future state as part of BRD/FSD/Feed specs creation. • Create test cases for UAT. • Support during go-live with checks and validations of the deployment. • Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision. • Identify and manage project stakeholders. • Create Requirement Strategy, Requirement scope, Requirement Plan, End to End Business Analysis/Architecture knowledge. • Document the user stories and acceptance criteria, manage non-functional requirements. • Participate in scrum ceremonies. • Provide requirements consultancy to development and test teams. • Contribute to IT readiness • Conduct User trainings. Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience: • Independently analyse the recs in current platform (Accurate NXG) and design recs migration to target platform (AutoRek). • Experience of implementation (Rec migration) on Accurate NXG or AutoRek or both. Else working experience in other tools like TLM/Intellimatch/Frontier/Blackline etc. • Good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (Waterfall or Agile). • Technical understanding/exposure in Database/SQL/ETL concepts.
