Private Capital Partner - Bristol
Fantastic opportunity for a Private Capital Partner to join our distinguished national law firm client, known for its top-tier rankings in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
This Private Capital team is held in high regard and handles wills, estate planning, and trust advice for high and ultra-high net worth clients with complex financial situations.
Responsibilities:
1. Succession Planning: Provide advice and draft related Wills and Trust documents for high-net-worth clients, entrepreneurs, and international clients.
2. Tax Advisory: Advise on inheritance tax and capital gains tax issues relevant to estate planning.
3. Business Owner Support: Assist business owners with pre-exit planning opportunities.
4. Trust Management: Advise on the creation of trusts and provide guidance to trustees and beneficiaries, while the dedicated Trust Management team handles daily compliance and administration.
5. Financial Liaison: Coordinate with clients' financial planners and discuss a wide range of financial products that make up their asset base.
The successful candidate will have at least five years PQE in private client work, currently at Partner or Senior Associate level gained at a similar sized firm.
