About the Role
The Assessment Coordinator will work across the Assessment and Assessment Marketing teams and be responsible for the administration and coordination of all assessment processes. This includes managing logistics, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records. The postholder will apply best practice from ELT Publishing to Assessment as relevant.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
About You
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational or examination context
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure is desirable
