Join Our Team as a Business Transformation Associate!
Are you passionate about driving change and making a real impact? Boehringer Ingelheim is looking for a dynamic Business Transformation Associate to join our Customer Experience team. This is your chance to be at the forefront of our UKIE transformation plan, working closely with leadership and various teams to shape the future of our organization.
This role will initially be a 12 month contract.
Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Business Transformation Associate, you will:
* Support the roll-out of the UKIE transformation plan.
* Organize touchpoints with our leadership cohorts.
* Gather information on emerging transformation practices.
* Develop resources for use across the business, including presentations, eLearning pathways, workshops, resource toolkits, and briefing documents.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to drive cultural transformation based on employee feedback, such as Global Employee Survey results.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who:
* Are studying for or have obtained a degree in social sciences, business, English, communications, or a related field with a demonstrable interest in organizational development.
* Have the ability for independent travel to work in Bracknell and other locations, such as London.
* Have the right to work in the UK.
