And we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and help us make a real difference.
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach and helping more people regain their mobility. You'll focus on identifying new opportunities, connecting with potential customers, and turning leads into lasting partnerships. Every day, you’ll be helping individuals regain their independence.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Hunt for new opportunities: Identify and target new sales leads and business prospects.
* Connect with potential customers: Reach out to warm leads, explaining our innovative products and how they can improve people’s lives.
* Drive sales growth: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, working to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Create lasting relationships: Develop trust and rapport with customers through active listening, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
* Follow-up and nurture: Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business through consistent follow-ups.
* Collaborate and strategise: Work closely with the sales team to improve techniques and explore new avenues for lead generation.
* Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the healthcare or mobility industry.
* A customer-first mindset: The ability to build trust quickly and listen to customers’ needs, providing solutions that make a difference.
* Resilience and confidence: You know how to overcome objections and are confident in your persuasive abilities.
* Understanding of mobility solutions: Familiarity with mobility products or a strong desire to learn.
* Desirable: A good understanding of UK geography.
