As an Account Manager based in our central London office, you will be responsible for nurturing key relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and supporting them in utilizing our platform to achieve their hiring goals. This role will involve working closely with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive growth within your accounts.

About You
We are looking for an individual who demonstrates several key attributes including personality, motivation, and organizational skills. Our ideal candidate will be a quick learner, well-organized, proactive, and capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Experience/skills
1. Proven experience in an account management, customer success, or related role within a fast-paced environment
2. Demonstrated expertise in SaaS, recruitment, or recruitment technology (RecTech)
3. Excellent communication skills that enable you to build rapport with clients and teammates alike
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and prepare insightful reports for stakeholders
5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other data management tools
7. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a drive for continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates
2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly
3. Support clients in utilizing the RAMP Global platform effectively and provide guidance on best practices
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements and needs
5. Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
6. Prepare and present regular insights to clients highlighting successes and areas for enhancement
