As a Night Incident Advisor you will playan important integral role in the efficient operation of the DAFaid Contact Centre through the delivery of excellent customer service. Showing a desire to provide inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands. By the provision of a responsive, consistent, and high-quality telephone service that delights Customers. Working continually to improve the quality of service delivered - Objective of our customers is DAFaid 1st Priority. Salary is £23,795.20 per year plus an additional Night Allowance of £4112.63 (once your training period is successfully completed) Shifts are on a rolling 4-ON 4-OFF basis starting at 7pm and finishing at 6am |Pro rata 40 Hours per week. Working as an individual within a team however also working as part of a team to deliver a service second to none We are looking for a highly reliable candidate who is able to complete work to a high standard of accuracy, and detail and work to deadlines. You must possess excellent keyboard skills and proven experience in standard packages of Word and Excel.A confident telephone manor and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience working within a Contact Centre environment is desired. To be successful in this role you must be assertive and able to effectively handle contacts at all levels within the organisation, bothinternally and externally.
