Tabology are a small, fast-growing company, developing cutting-edge technology for hospitality businesses. We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and dedicated Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Leeds.
The successful candidate will have previous experience with hospitality systems, either within a hospitality business, or in a role supporting hospitality businesses.
You should have excellent customer service skills combined with a methodical approach to support and an aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
Most importantly, you should have a customer centric mindset, putting the customer first in everything you do.
The role requires a mix of weekday, weekend and evening shifts and a mix of home and office-based work so candidates must be able to commute to Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing an excellent knowledge of the products and keeping this up to date as new features are developed
2. Responding to customer requests via instant message, emails and calls
3. Troubleshooting issues to determine the root cause and resolution
4. Gathering relevant information to assist second line teams in resolving issues
5. Documenting actions and resolutions
6. Adding common resolutions to the team’s knowledge base
7. Answering customer queries relating to use of the applications
8. Helping guide and oversee junior team members to ensure all customers receive first class service
9. Reproducing issues and testing fixes
10. Organising calls or video sharing sessions with customers
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Previous hospitality experience
2. Previous technical support experience
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. A methodical approach to troubleshooting issues
5. A good attention to detail and meticulous approach to gathering and documenting information
6. An ability to learn new software and how it should be applied

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
