Project Manager - Notting Hill, West London (W10)

From global campaigns combating climate change to translating flagship UN reports we deliver communications, content, and capacity building services to clients such as the United Nations, who are trying to make the world a better, safer and more equitable place.
We need a proactive and detail-oriented project manager to help plan, set up and manage complex projects.
This job would be ideal for someone with experience in managing projects in a multidisciplinary setting: from digital design projects to managing event production in developing countries.
So what will you be doing:
* Planning, setting up and managing resources and deliverables on communications, design, video and events projects
* Managing the administration and events for our global collective of film-makers and content creators.
* Being the first contact with our clients and making sure they are always more than happy with what we deliver
* Liaising with Management to manage new projects
* Working with our excellent team of Project Managers, and helping to leverage our efficiency
* Assisting our existing Project Management team on Translation and Editing projects
* Being able to run and analyse reports to help support team members by using data on Projects/Quotes/Margins etc.
* Working with our inhouse technical team to support and be a champion for our own project management system
A typical day might range from helping to plan a trip to the Madagascan rainforest to filming a documentary, to co-ordinating a Branding workshop for an NGO, or planning the translation of a global report with a UN client in six languages.

What we need from you:
* Positive and confident personality with a can-do attitude
* Proactive, preferably with some experience of translation, film production or comms, but a willingness to grow in this area
* Highly organised and very good with detail
* Excellent client management skills - cultural sensitivity is a must
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work independently, take decisions and use your initiative
* Willingness to pitch in and help with all aspects of our Project Management from Translation and Editing to Design.
Nice to have:
* Experience in the not-for-profit/development sector or a strong desire to work in this sector and a clear understanding of its challenges and rewards
* Confident with technology
* Second language
Salary and benefit:
£28,000 - £33,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus a range of benefits including:
