Job Title: Data Analyst / Data Entry
Location: Coalville (Hybrid: Office-based Monday to Wednesday, Remote Thursday and Friday)
Salary: £26,000 + Bonus Scheme

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst / Data Entry professional to help maintain our master data file and support the team in ensuring the accuracy of key information. Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management: Perform bulk uploads and manual data entry to maintain an accurate and up-to-date master file of suppliers and subcontractors.
2. Data Validation: Conduct thorough checks on submitted data, ensuring proper approvals and verification are completed. Liaise with third-party suppliers and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share and manage the workload in a supportive manner.
4. Process Improvement: Help streamline processes for data entry and subcontractor management, adhering to internal policies.
5. Quality Control: Ensure all data is entered accurately and within set deadlines.
6. Reporting: Provide ad hoc reports and analysis as required.
7. Team Support: Offer backup support for team members during periods of absence.
