You’ll handle reactive & planned maintenance, fault-finding on electrical & mechanical systems, and support continuous improvement projects.\n\n💼 What’s on Offer?\n\n ✔ £41000 - £43000 (DOE)\n\n ✔ 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 7am-3.30pm\n\n ✔ Hands-on engineering role with varied machinery (PLC’s, conveyors, flow wrappers, and more)\n\n ✔ Great benefits & career progression opportunities\n\n🔧 The Role:\n\nKeep production equipment & site services fully operational\n\nDiagnose & repair electrical and mechanical faults\n\nWork with PLC’s, invertor drives, multi-head weighers, conveyors & packaging machinery\n\nCarry out preventative maintenance & TPM\n\nSupport continuous improvement & lean manufacturing initiatives\n\nManage building services (fire systems, refrigeration, air handling, HVAC, BMS)\n\n💡 What You Need:\n\n ✔ NVQ - HNC in Engineering (or equivalent)\n\n ✔ 17th/18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations\n\n ✔ Strong electrical & mechanical fault-finding skills (PLC, DC circuits, safety circuits, reading drawings)\n\n ✔ Experience in food or automotive manufacturing\n\n ✔ Good welding, fabrication, and motor/gearbox repair skills\n\n ✔ Ability to work independently & under pressure in a fast-paced environment\n\nBonus points if you have MEWP, FLT, IOSH/NEBOSH, or food safety training.\n\nIf you're an experienced engineer looking for a hands-on role in a fast-moving industry, apply now
