We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Group Tutorial Learning Coach. In this role, you will deliver engaging and informative sessions that empower students to thrive in their studies, personal lives and beyond.
As a Group Tutorial Learning Coach, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of tutorial sessions aimed at enhancing employability skills, promoting healthy living, safeguarding, equality and diversity, British values, the Prevent agenda, e-safety, and addressing other relevant issues impacting our students. You will also play a key role in implementing Student Voice throughout the College, ensuring students’ voices are heard and actively contributing to the development of our college community.
The successful candidate will be required to possess a level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area and PTLLS qualification (or be willing to work towards within 1 year) or a suitable related qualification. It is desirable that the candidate will also possess IT qualification, Level 2 Equality & Diversity, a degree or equivalent professional qualification and Level 2 in Literacy.
