Excellent opportunity for a standalone HR Manager to join this commercial organisation close to Stansted. The client is looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Manager (very much a Generalist role).

* Manage complex Employee Relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement etc
* Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
* Identify training needs and contribute to the development and implementation of individual and team learning and development plans.
* Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.
* Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies.
* Support the recruitment process – writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
* Inductions
* Manage talent and succession planning.
* Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
You will need the following experience:-
* CIPD qualification of equivalent
* Proven HR Generalist experience at Manager level
* Dealt with complex ER Cases
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills is required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation
* Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.
