Events Coordinator & Channel Manager Support
Location: London
Duration: 12-month contract (potential for extension)
Pay: £22.81 per hour (including holiday pay)
About the Role
My client is seeking an Events Coordinator & Channel Manager Support to join their team. This role will focus on planning and executing corporate events across EMEA while also providing administrative and marketing support to the Channel Manager.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination (Primary Focus)
* Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events across EMEA (virtual & in-person).
* Handle event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, attendee registration, and travel/accommodation arrangements.
* Oversee marketing collateral, promotional materials, and attendee communication.
* Ensure seamless execution of events by managing schedules, timelines, and post-event follow-ups.
* Work closely with marketing, sales, and internal teams to align event goals with broader company objectives.
* Monitor event budgets and track expenditures.
Channel Manager Support (Secondary Focus)
* Assist the Channel Manager with administrative tasks, reporting, and partner communications.
* Help with the preparation of presentations, reports, and sales materials.
* Support channel marketing programs, partner incentives, and promotions.
* Track partner performance metrics and prepare updates for internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in event planning, event marketing, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with event management platforms (e.g., Marketo, Cvent) is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Experience managing event budgets and reporting.
