AdministratorPertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading Manufacturer based in Andover. This is a full time, permanent position with flexible starting times.Responsibilities as an Administrator:- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks- Meeting and greeting visitors- Processing orders from receipt of order through to invoicing and delivery- Assist with customer product quotations- Answering incoming calls and transferring accordingly- Provide excellent customer service when handing enquiries- Assisting with loan enquiriesRequirements:- Excellent attention to detail- Previous administration experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient with Microsoft packages- Team playerThe Administrator role:- Salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience- 37.5 hours per week- Flexible start time between 7.30am and 9.30am- Officed based, Walworth Industrial Estate- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays- Life Assurance- Health Insurance- Share Incentive planIf you are interested in this Administrator position, please apply below or get in touch with Jemma at Pertemps.
