SF are working with a fantastic organisation based in Tamworth who are looking to recruit a Credit Control Manager to oversee B2B collections across the UK. In a busy Shared Services environment, reporting into the Head of Shared Services, the successful candidate will lead and manage a dynamic Credit department of 12. Managing the Credit Control, AR & risk functions. Your new role Reviewing Credit applications, making commercial decisions on limits and payment terms Overseeing accurate and timely invoicing to customers Setting and monitoring KPIs for the team Managing and developing a team of 12 including 1 supervisor Weekly and monthly reports, cash forecasting and ad hoc KPIs Continuous process improvement, looking at policies and procedures to maximise cash and minimise risk Working with 3rd party Credit Insurance, solicitors and debt recovery partners Creating strong relationships internally with sales, operations, branch managers and the wider finance division to ensure any queries or escalations are dealt with promptly and resolved for the customers. Dealing with internal and external Audits.
