About The Role
Our Leeds team is the Recruitment hub of the UK, specialising in recruitment of entry-level IT and business talent to join our award-winning programme across the UK and EMEA. You will be joining a high achieving, fun and social team with a passion for providing inspiring and exciting career opportunities, sourcing graduates with the potential to grow and thrive as FDM consultants. Our objective is to find talented people with ambition and aptitude to succeed irrespective of their background.
The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate an interest in a career in Graduate Recruitment, with a passion for working in technology. Graduate Recruitment provides a skillset to be successful in other parts of the business, so we’re also interested in people with a growth mindset and focus on long-term progression.
Key responsibilities:
* Responsible for full recruitment cycle, from attraction to hiring
* Advocate for the FDM Graduate Programme in the UK and EMEA, detailing the offering to candidates
* Conducting virtual and telephone interviews for candidates; providing feedback
* Respond to candidate queries, provide coaching and support to candidates
* Building strong and long-term relationship with candidates
* Proactively source candidates through various channels, such as job boards and career fairs
* Attending careers events and fairs
* Organising and running in-house recruitment events
* Liaising with other areas of the business, including senior stakeholders
* Achieve daily and weekly KPIs across UK & EMEA recruitment responsibilities
About You
Essential Criteria
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
* Ambition, with a passion to learn and develop
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
* Commercial awareness and professional approach
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and relationships with people virtually and in-person.
* Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
* Ability to thrive in a target-based environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
