We have a great opportunity for a Brand Marketing Manager to join the General Merchandise & George Home team, reporting into the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing you'll be responsible for developing the marketing plan for these categories.

As well as being accountable to ensure the brand marketing plan & approach is driven across all areas, and delivers innovation, sales and metrics, you'll:
* Conduct review of internal and external brand marketing approaches
* Demonstrate a strong working relationship with their own team, the brand team & the trading teams
* Accountable for attending key trading meetings & brand meetings
* Lead the brand marketing process and briefing to all key stakeholders
* Seek new ideas and innovation to drive the brand forward
* Demonstrate strong working relationships with trading & brand
* Accountable for the brief creation process & product selection meetings
* Accountable for the brand marketing critical path
* Lead and develop a team
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of the customer
