Established Facilities Management organisation seeks a Front of House & Administrative Co-Ordinator to join their busy team to support Clients, Suppliers, Management and other staff as required. Reporting to the Director of Service Delivery, proven experience in the administration industry is essential to this role.

Duties will include:
1. Oversee the diary management of planned annual leave for front of house staff, scheduling your own diary to accommodate and liaising with Clients as required.
2. Ensure all legislative requirements are adhered to.
3. Cover front of house service at local client sites.
4. During periods when relief to front-of-house services are not required, you will support the Business as directed which will involve a variety of different tasks.
5. Planning and allocation of tasks to technical team, contractors, directly employed engineers, or any other third party as required.
6. Engage with the growth strategy and support the expansion of front of house services.
7. Collate and prepare operational and performance data for Company and Client reports.
8. Administrate activities on Elogbooks as required to support departments throughout the business.
9. Prepare and support invoicing accordingly.
Skills/Experience required:
1. Previous experience in a similar role within the Facilities Management industry - desirable.
2. DBS Check (current or applied).
3. Flexible approach to tasks with demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
4. Ability to build rapport and work effectively in a, sometimes, challenging environment.
5. Provide administrative support to the Director of Service and other stakeholders as necessary, to engage in the growth strategy in addition to continuous improvement of existing services.
6. Ability to prioritise work effectively to meet business requirements with demonstrable planning and organisational skills.
7. Ability to adapt to changing requirements.
8. A determined individual with high standards.
9. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
10. A self-starter and able to work autonomously.
Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire
Hours of Work: Shifts range between Monday to Friday 07:00 - 19:00, (must be flexible and available to cover client sites if required between 7am and 7 pm).

Salary: £25,000 p.a.
