Responsibilities:
✔ Deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
✔ Manage the classroom environment to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
✔ Assess and monitor student progress to ensure individual learning needs are met.
✔ Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
✔ Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected QTS upon completing teacher training.
✔ A passion for teaching and a strong desire to inspire young learners.
✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
✔ A commitment to the safeguarding and well-being of all pupils.
✔ An enhanced DBS check (Teaching Personnel can assist with this if required).
