Job Title: Deputy Manager
To serve as a second-in-command to the Store Manager, ensuring seamless store operations during their absence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence, managing daily store operations to achieve targets.
* Provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Motivate and develop the store team, empowering them to deliver exceptional results and uphold company standards.
* Maintain impeccable merchandising, housekeeping, and general store standards, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), making informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
