As a Wake Nights Support Worker, your shift will include remaining awake throughout the night to support service users. You will assist with activities, day-to-day care, household chores, promoting independence, and providing companionship. These are just a few of the duties involved.
You will also help support people to lead their lives the way they choose, fostering the independence they deserve. It's about who you are and what experience and abilities you can offer to meet the individual's needs.
