As the Warehouse Operative, your pay rate will be £12.21 per hour no matter which shift you do. Once you receive additional training and become Skilled Operative, your pay rate can increase to £12.49 per hour. If you work as a Forklift Driver, the pay rate would be £13.43 per hour.
