Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales progression process from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring smooth and timely transactions. Act as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the transaction. Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process, keeping all parties informed and updated. Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly. Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their sales, maintaining a high level of customer service. Ensure all sales progression activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards. Prepare and present regular reports on sales progression activities to senior management. The Ideal Candidate: A strong understanding of the property, mortgage, and conveyancing process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
