A multi functional, Quantity Surveying consultancy in Berkshire are seeking a proactive, career driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their cost management team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a quantity surveying team of 20 who work across a broad range of projects from heritage, new build residential, commercial, and education projects across Berkshire and surrounding areas.
Day to day, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall be supported by an Associate Director in the delivery of both pre contract and post contract services.
Once settled in the practice, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will mentor Assistant Quantity Surveyor's and take on larger projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
1. Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
2. Preferably MRICS
3. A successful track record of delving projects
4. Experience of running projects from inception to completion
5. Team player with strong communication skills
6. UK cost management /consultancy experience
