Essential: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Commitment to obtaining a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care Significant experience working in a children's home Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations & safeguarding principles Proven leadership and management abilitiesA full UK driving license is desirable.
